The law
of the 1st of August 2003 states that the motor vehicle, trailers
and semi-trailers used for the transport of things and classified
for special use or specific transports with total mass at full load
over 3,5 t must have back and lateral reflective strips in order
to be seen also at night allowing to see their shape up to 300 mt
far as per what stated in the international regulation UN ECE 104”.
The strips, as per the international regulation UN ECE 104 can be
only white, yellow or red and can't be over 5 cm height. The rule
will be completely active from March 2005 as per the D.L. n°
355 of 24th of December 2003. |
